People and Power – Power over People? Young Europeans discussing the dimensions of power in Berlin

We may be a little late to call it ‘Summer Academy’, especially when looking out of my window at the rain falling down, but since it is our first seminar this year… But maybe  I stick to the weather neutral term ‘youth academy’. What ever we call it: We are about to start! On Friday afternoon 25 young Europeans, from Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Wales and even Eritrea will arrive in Berlin to discuss the dimensions of power and the role people – individuals and groups – can play in changing the course of history. The participants will bring examples from their countries and discuss with politicians, journalists and other experts. And of course we will follow our tradition and share our daily experiences with all of you. So follow our participants on their ramble through the political life in Berlin. Here!
